• refer to the illustrated guide if you have problems with the DSN concept
• read the post on failed deliveries if you experience, well, failed deliveries

Please do not contact the DSN team if you have:

• questions about a specific designer or sample – contact the designer directly please
• asking for a (re-)delivery of a specific sample – we can’t do this
